The registration marks an important milestone in WooshPay’s global compliance strategy and reinforces the company’s commitment to building trusted, AI-powered payment infrastructure for businesses operating across international markets. Under the U.S. Bank Secrecy Act, Money Services Business registration establishes a federal anti-money laundering (AML) registration framework for businesses engaged in activities such as money transmission, foreign exchange and certain payment services.
