– Monitor the performance and stability of virtual
account channels and assist in investigating anomalies (e.g., delays in crediting, API failures, operational
downtimes).
– Work with financial partners to promptly resolve incidents and implement preventative
measures.
– Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure robust control of fund flows.
Qualificações
1.
Education
– Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, International Trade, Computer
Science, or a related field.
2.
Skills & Competencies
– Solid understanding of the cross-border payment lifecycle
(acquiring, pricing, clearing & settlement, FX) and common partnership models with financial
institutions.
– Proficient in using AI tools and intelligent automation to support workflow efficiency
and decision-making.
– Strong communication and coordination skills; able to manage concurrent
workstreams and drive stakeholder alignment across teams.
– Comfortable working in a multilingual,
cross-timezone environment; professional English proficiency required.
3.
Experience
– 0-2 years of relevant experience. Prior internships or roles in banking, fintech,
or payment institutions are preferred.
