– Solid understanding of the cross-border payment lifecycle (acquiring, pricing, clearing & settlement, FX) and common partnership models with financial institutions.
– Proficient in using AI tools and intelligent automation to support workflow efficiency and decision-making.
– Strong communication and coordination skills; able to manage concurrent workstreams and drive stakeholder alignment across teams.
– Comfortable working in a multilingual, cross-timezone environment; professional English proficiency required.
3. Experience
– 0-2 years of relevant experience. Prior internships or roles in banking, fintech, or payment institutions are preferred.
